Built in 1922, 奥利里大厅 is the oldest and one of the most famous buildings on campus. 对二年级学生开放, 初中, 和老年人, O’Leary provides varied architecture and unique living spaces. This hall houses up to 180 students with options for single, 双, 三倍, and quad rooms on all four floors, with men living on the first floor and women living on the 第二个, 第三, 四楼. Rooms include walk-in closets, large windows, and nine-foot ceilings. O’Leary has small gathering spaces on each floor plus two large common rooms on the first floor, each with a flat-screen TV. 公共休息室:这些公共休息室之一, 大礼堂, is perfect for studying as well as holding large group events. Laundry facilities are located in the basement. There is one Resident Advisor (RA) per floor to help you connect with other students and get involved with clubs and events on campus.

Elms’ largest residence hall is 罗斯·威廉·霍尔, and functions as our first year residence option as well as housing for sophomores, 初中, 和老年人. The foundation was laid in 1964, and this hall houses up to 180 students on three floors. There is one large common room on the first floor with a flat screen TV and places to rest and relax, as well as newly renovated kitchen facilities on each of the first, 第二个, 三楼. Laundry facilities are located in the basement. These common spaces are open concept, giving the invitation to students to cook a homemade meal. Acoustic-minded flooring helps to ensure spaces remain at an acceptable level of noise. There are two resident advisors per floor as each floor is connected in the middle by two swipe-access doors. The middle sections between the doors of the 第二个 三楼 are gender neutral, but the rest of the living spaces are designated male only or female only.

迪瓦恩堂

迪瓦恩堂 is Elms’ newest residence hall, open to 初中 和老年人. There are two floors of single+ rooms (large rooms that have been converted into single rooms), a large patio on which you can watch varsity sports games, and an open concept lounge area in the basement with a flat screen TV, 功能齐全的厨房, 洗衣设施, 以及学习空间. Conveniently located next to the Maguire Center, this residence hall is perfect for those who wish to live close to the athletic center so as to get an early morning workout or utilize the center’s resources to live and learn. There is one RA per floor for students to utilize as a resource to best live in the spirit of the Sisters of St. 约瑟夫.

Living-Learning, 社区 and Cultural Center

2020年2月开业, 的Living-Learning, 社区, and Cultural Center underwent a multi-million dollar renovation that transformed this historic building into a beautiful architectural wonder. It now features classroom and meeting spaces on the first floor, as well as residence rooms on the 第二个 三楼. This building is ADA-compliant and houses 12 students. There is a lift to the 第二个 floor, 设备齐全的厨房, 洗衣设施, energy efficient heating and cooling systems, 立式办公桌, and other modern amenities.

格兰特街大厦

Grant Street is an apartment-style housing option for graduate and post-baccalaureate students. The space includes five single rooms, a kitchen and common area on both floors, 洗衣设施. Parking is included, and campus is only a short walk down Grant Street.
